Acceptable Use Policy Update
  • Is the 1997 policy our current policy?
  • Where is an electronic copy we can link to from here?

Student Administration System
  • mandated data sent to state 2013
  • 2 packages offering that technology at this time. X2 and ?
  • Is grade Grade Quick an option?
  • Parent access codes (enabled?)
  • We need PD in Edline and GradeQuick (can someone from Edline come and do a training?)
  • Freeware/opensource New Bedford (End Grade?)
  • Big users need to weigh in (school secretaries, ?)

Technology Coordinator Position
  • Need bridge between K-8 and High School.
  • Does committee fill this void?

Mass One Administration
  • Lee Savery?
  • HS librarian starting next year?
  • Teachers will need accounts for tech survey and online PD

District Web Presence
  • Diana to discuss with Administration team
  • Is Edline the answer? See Reading, MA
  • Teacher web site training in edline site building could provide for teacher web site needs

  • Not discussed beyond Edline/Grade Quick
